Photo Booth Operator

Looking for a part time job that’s fun and flexible? We’re expanding our team of photo booth operators.

We provide photo booths for events across London which include experiential brand activations, corporate events, weddings and private parties. Have a look at our Instagram account to see examples of our work.

Requirements 

  • Must have your own car
  • Must live within 7 miles of N14 4HJ
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends
  • Must be punctual
  • No previous experience necessary (training provided)

Roles and Responsibilities 

You will be expected to set up and manage our photo booth(s) at events across London. No two events will ever be the same and you will meet lots of new people from all walks of life and get a chance to eat event food!

The work is event-based and the dates, times and locations (usually central London) will always be specified by the client. You will be working primarily on your own, but this is also a great job for couples.

Your role will be to:

  1. Collect the photo booth from N14 4HJ (you must be able to lift without assistance as you’ll be lifting cases in and out of your car and at the venue)
  2. Drive to the assigned venue
  3. Assemble the photo booth within 1 hour
  4. Manage the photo booth (usually 3 hours) which involves interacting with guests whilst following the companies’ best practices
  5. Disassemble the photo booth and pack away into the cases
  6. Return the photo booth to N14 4HJ

You will be working primarily on your own, but this is also a great job for couples (same pay). You will work with an experienced member of staff until you are confident enough to manage a hire on your own. You will be required to adhere to a smart/casual dress code.

Pay

Minimum £140 per event plus bonuses for social media content, Google reviews and extensions.

£17.50 / hour (minimum 8 hour shift). Breakdown below:

Travel to venue                   1 hour 45 minutes
Assembly                              1 hour 15 minutes
Hire                                        3 hours (Additional hours are £17.50 / hour)
Disassembly                         45 mins
Travel from venue              1 hour 15 minutes

Congestion Charge, ULEZ and parking is reimbursed upon receipt. Payment is made on the last working day of the month via bank transfer.

The work status can be employed (zero-hours contract) or self-employed.
